1. Conditions for Returns

To eligibility for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, user manuals, and accessories that came with it.
  • You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Products that show clear signs of installation attempt or usage (e.g., modified wiring, glued LED strips, or fitted seat covers).
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper installation.
  • Clearance sale items or products bought during special discount campaigns.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We conduct strict quality checks before shipping any auto accessory. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Please share a clear photo and a short unboxing video of the product as proof via WhatsApp (+92 312 0999593) or email.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. The Return Process

If your item meets the return conditions mentioned in Section 1, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return request.
  2. Ship the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our hub via a reliable courier service (TCS, Leopards, or Trax).
  3. Shipping Costs: For standard returns (where the customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong size/model), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Approval Notice: We will notify you via SMS or email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. You can choose to receive your money via:
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash (Processed within 24–48 hours)
    • Bank Transfer (Processed within 2–3 working days)

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been verified and handed over to the courier service, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery at your doorstep, you may be restricted from using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for future purchases on our site.
