1. Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, and surrounding areas.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders above Rs. 20,000 nationwide.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Verification: Once you place an order, our team will call or text you for a quick verification. Unverified orders will not be processed.
  • Processing Time: Verified orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Twin Cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 1 to 2 working days.
    • Other Major Cities: 3 to 5 working days.
    • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

Please note: Deliveries may face slight delays during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume sales events.

4. Payment Methods Available

To ensure a secure and convenient shopping experience, we provide:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely in cash at your doorstep when your parcel arrives.
  2. Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: For customers who prefer advance digital payments. (Details will be provided at the checkout stage).

5. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner (Leopards, TCS, or Trax), you will receive an SMS or email containing a unique Tracking ID. You can use this ID on the respective courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We conduct stringent quality checks before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered:

  • Please take a photo or a short video of the package immediately.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
